CAMP REFUND POLICY

Camp refund policy - We encourage every camper to consider purchasing Registration Protection through Allianz Global Assistance during registration.  For cancellations not covered by Registration Protection the following guidelines will be followed:

• 60 or more days notice before camp start date  = 100% camp registration refund, excluding administrative fees
• 30 – 59 days notice before camp start date = 50% camp registration refund, excluding administrative fees
• 29 – 14 days notice before camp start date = 25% camp registration refund, excluding administrative fees
• Less than 14 days notice before camp start date = no refund
